Terms of Agreement

Please read these Terms of Agreement carefully before using the Autisavvy 360 mobile application . By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Autisavvy 360 is intended for:
i).Parents, caregivers, and professionals supporting individuals with autism
ii). Individuals aged 18 or older, or younger users with direct supervision and consent from a legal guardian

You agree to:
i). Provide accurate and up-to-date information
ii).Use the app only for lawful, non-commercial purposes
iii). Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
iv).Immediately report any unauthorized access or misuse of your account

You agree NOT to:
i).Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit the app’s content or technology
ii).Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
iii).Attempt to access or interfere with other users’ information.

All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, assessments, and tools within the App are the intellectual property of Autisavvy 360 and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any part of the app’s content for commercial use without written permission.

By using this App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and use your personal information.

Autisavvy 360 is a SUPPORT TOOL and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or therapy. While the app offers insights and suggestions based on user inputs, it does not offer medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
i).You breach any part of these Terms
ii). You misuse the platform or violate applicable laws
iii).Your activity poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform.

Autisavvy 360 and its team will not be liable for:
i).Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using or being unable to use the app
ii).Data loss, unauthorized access, or system failures beyond our control.
Use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.

We may revise these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or email. Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that location.
